Rare Beaded Necklace and My Final Post

Greetings Jammers!

Today is December 1st (woo hoo, Christmas is coming!) which means that today will be my final post before I head off to Japan. I will leave on the 3rd and be back on the 17th, and the Friday of that week I will be continuing my posts! I will miss you guys (honestly Arctic, you are over
'cheese-ifying' this- keep it simple!). Best wishes for the holidays, or should I say Jamaalidays?

Today is Monday, meaning that there is a rare in store for us. And what exactly is that rare, you ask? Good question! Introducing the  Rare Beaded Necklace- sold for 900 gems in Jam Mart Clothing! Hmm... Pricey, and member, but I still like it! It is very natural, being brown and green- and would be great for a natural look. Being December, we also have our first Jamaaliday gift- the Jamaaliday hedge!

Sorry, I would have liked to give you a picture with it just after opening (before putting it in my den) but AJ was glitchy and it didn't work

I actually like this little hedge- it is very cute!

And now for the factual part of this post!

Our word of the day:

Mondegreen: A misunderstood or misinterpreted word or phrase resulting from a mishearing of the lyrics of a song.

So that's what you call it! Mondegreen, eh? I should start using this word more often- after all, it is something I experience on almost a daily basis!

And now for the fact of the day:

A long time ago, carrots were purple! This changed in the 17th century- when carrots became orange.

 Hold on and think a minute- imagine every carrot related thing you know of being purple- just stop and think. Purple carrots... Hmm... Now I wonder how they changed to orange!
