Hey, Jammer's! CoolCat here with another post! Today I will be filling in for Gracie while she is on vacation. Hope you have fun Gracie!!
For todays post I decided to do a non Animal Jam post, and do a Christmas themed post! Last year I came up with a delicious breakfast recipe for Thanksgiving, and for Christmas! Can anyone guess what it is? If you guessed cinnamon buns, you are correct! But before I share this super easy recipe, its time for todays question of the day!
QOTD: What do you have the morning of Thanksgiving and Christmas?
AOTD: Like I said above, we have cinnamon buns! But before I came up with the cinnamon bun recipe, we would have regular breakfast food.
Comment down below what you and your family have the morning of Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Now its time for the recipe! I came up with this recipe myself last year, and its super easy!
You will need the following ingredients:
Two cans of cinnamon buns
One tablespoon of brown sugar
One small package of walnuts
Some butter (Use as needed)
Cinnamon (Use till satisfied)
Here are the following instructions:
Get out a skillet and put it on medium heat. Put a small amount of butter on the pan and let it melt. While the butter is melting go ahead and chop up the walnuts into smaller pieces. Once that is done go ahead and add them, and the brown sugar to the skillet. Sprinkle on cinnamon while it is cooking, you can use as much as you like, weather it be a lot or a little. Once they are warmed up set aside.
Get two small round baking dishes and butter them. Take the cinnamon buns out of both of their packages. You should have 16 uncooked cinnamon buns. Place 8 of the cinnamon buns in one baking dish, and the last 8 cinnamon buns in the other dish.
Once you have placed them in the baking dish split the walnut mixture evenly, and top both of the dishes with the mixture. After you have done that cook in the oven as directed on the box.
Once they are cooked let them cool for about 20 minutes. Once they are cool top only one of the cinnamon bun dishes with the icing it comes with in the package. After you have done that carefully remove the un-iced cinnamon buns from the pan, being very careful not to let them fall apart. Then place the un-iced cinnamon buns on top of the iced ones. Then put icing on the top and enjoy!
That's all you have to do! Its super easy and very tasty! Make sure you comment down below if you will be trying this recipe!
Here is todays verse.
Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." -Proverbs 31:28-29
As always, bye Jammer's! And ~Jam On!~
