Me: MY LEGS ARE VERY GINORMOUS AND I USED THEM TO HOP AROUND SOMETIMES I TAKE A TINY LEAP AND OTHER TIMES A GIANT BOUND ALMOST 40 MILES AN HOUR IS A TOP SPEED I CAN KEE-

You guys: *Grabs a megaphone* GRAAAAAACIEEEEEEEEEE

Me: *Waves* AND I CAN EASILY JUMP UP TO 25 FEET WITH ONE LEAP 

Random person: And she can easily jump up to 25 with one leap! And she can easily jump up to 25 with one leap!

You guys: WHO'S THIS PERSON???

Me: *Whispers* Idk

You guys: ...

Me: 

You guys: Oh, so you're in the theater, eh?

Me: *Nods* 

You guys: Ohhh.. :smiles:

Me: I AM A MARSUPIAL AND MY BABY GROWS INSIDE A POUCH

You guys: *Logs into Animal Jam in 0.2 nanoseconds* *Goes to theater in 0.1 nanoseconds*

Me: *SCREAMS*

You guys: *Pauses the video*

Me: Why you pause it?

You guys: Because.

Me: Because why?

You guys: Because potato.

Me: Oh.

Hey Jammer's! I'm back with your Tueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee(more e's)sday post!

Today I will be explaining how to make a successful Animal Jam art gallery! This segment will include how to get masterpieces, how to make your den, and how to get likes on your art! I was talking to my dad about what I was going to be blogging about, and told him my original title, "How To Make A Successful Animal Jam Art Gallery", But after some discussion about a new title, he came up with "Masterpiece Masterpiece Wherefore Art Thou Masterpiece?" Which in my opinion, is a way better title, ehehe.

How to get masterpieces

I've been asked before how I have so many masterpieces, and really, the best answer I have is that I've gotten them from my friends, and from trading. All in all, I've been collecting masterpieces for about a year now, so I have a lot of them!

Here are two tips on how to get masterpieces.

Tip #1: Ask your friends to see if they do art trades/commissions, they might be interested in drawing something for you.

Tip #2: Before starting a collection of masterpieces, try getting some spiked collars/wristbands. Try doing necklace to spike challenges to get some, or trade some betas for spiked collars/wristbands. I've gotten art by Nymphaeealba, by trading spikes for it.

How to make your art gallery den

Recently, I remade my art gallery, using the Crystal Palace den, since my Masterpiece Gallery Den was getting pretty cramped. There's still some finishing touches (adding in den items, and linking portals) in my new art gallery that I'd like to make, but it's pretty much done!

Here are some tips that might help you when making your gallery.

Tip #1: Look at artists art galleries to get ideas. Which den they used and how they made the most of the space, how many masterpieces they put on each wall, where they put their own art or fan art, etc.

Tip #2: Have designated areas. I noticed that Windycityblues and Nymphaeealba (Nymph's art room shown above in tip #1) both had designated areas for their art. Of course, that might be a challenge searching through all of your art and putting them in one spot in your den, I didn't even do that, I just put a fan art wall in my den. But, it does make it easier for Jammer's to find your art! In my den, I made a designated area for masterpieces Coolcat gave me, and masterpieces I've made of me and Coolcat. 

Tip #3: Have a welcome masterpiece. A welcome masterpieces sometimes have the art gallery rules, telling Jammer's if their art is for trade, and stuff like that. Plus, welcome masterpieces are pretty cute to have in your den.

How to get likes on your masterpieces

Truth be told, I've never really gotten many people when I hosted little art gallery "parties" in my den, for people to see the masterpieces I have, and to like them. What I realized, is to simply put a masterpiece on trade while you're asking people to trade you, gets you tons of likes over time. Of course, while you're asking people to trade you, it might be good to clarify that the masterpiece on your trade is just on for likes. I always have the "Not for trade" masterpiece of my seal on trade, that 1nval1d made me, and I have 900+ likes on it. 

It takes a while, but if you're a frequent trader, this might be pretty helpful for you.

Aaaand this is the place where I should have put "Lizzy's Diary: Rewritten". I still haven't written any of the chapters to it, therefore, "Lizzy's Diary: Rewritten" is being pushed back yet another week. But, I will try to write it sometime this week, and try not to procrastinate with writing it again.
