Thoughts -
I think this is a really cute item for Rare Item Monday! The red, white, and pink colors look like Valentine's Day colors, which is cute! Although I do like this item, I am hoping to see less winter gear and more spring items.
Overall I rate this weeks Rare Item Monday a 8.5!
