ReplyDeleteUnfortunately we can only open the contest to Google registered users in order to keep track of the comments. There is nothing we can do to change this. You will have to talk to your parents about creating an account if you'd like to enter, sorry.
DeleteI wish we could avoid making users register, but there is no way around it.
The 'Top Commenters' gadget only counts comments of Google users. I know it's not fair but there is nothing they could do about it. And if they wanted to let anonymous people in, they would have to keep track of how many comments you did, which is not possible. You could try to convince your parents to just let you make one for this contest. I'm sorry if they don't allow. :(
