A Long Awaited Return

Hey AJC viewers!
This is Penguin. I haven't posted on here in forever.
The reason why is because I simply lost interest in the game itself and blogging. I became busy with other things. Now school is starting.
However, just recently, I started getting back into blogging. I've been posting a lot on my blog, The Animal Jam Spring. It's about time I make this post now, though...
So, even though I have a lot of other things to keep up with, I'm back into blogging again. Why? Well, you can read this post. It's pretty much for the future itself. Anything can happen. There's a lot more to come for every one of us, so why not once again pursue blogging?
Anyways, this is not my day to post, and I realize it. I haven't really thought about posting on here for a while but I just did recently, and that's why I'm doing it now. This is pretty much an announcement post to let you all know I will continue posting here on Saturdays now! My posts will be similar to their old style with AJ news and updates.
I look forward to finally getting fully into blogging again. Hopefully you can read my posts! If you don't read my other blog, I guess you could say I've taken on a humorous and serious personality. I won't go into detail on that, though, lol. Until next Saturday though, that's all I have to say.

Direction of the Blog (important for Authors)

Hey guys, I've been doing some thinking lately.

This blog has gotten quite far from what it was originally intended to be - a blog about animal jam codes, facts, info and more. 

I love the growth that we've had on the blog - we have had so many amazing authors come through here and I love each and every one of them. 

But just as on the AJFC Gracie asks that we keep things relevant (in at least some small way) to journeys in the Spirit, I am now asking that we keep things more on topic here. 

I'm not saying that you can't have things like rants every now and again - those are good and contribute to the authenticity of the blog and often help to connect with an audience.

However, strong opinions on controversial topics should be kept to a minimum. While all opinions are generally respected and accepted here, this is first and foremost an inclusive and professional space and above all safe space. Some things have been said in recent posts that do not reflect these values. For this reason they have been removed. This is not a personal attack, and I do not blame anybody whatsoever.

And yes, I'm not one to talk. I have not posted in the longest time. I'm spotty about schedules. My posts have not been on topic. I'm guilty of this too.

I'm going to ask that we make sure we keep things animal jam related. I'm also going to ask that on your designated posting days, while you're free to talk about what you wish as well, please include things such as the daily item (what's new in stores, that kind of thing) like we used to many years ago. I will be doing the same. 

As for older, off-topic posts. I will not be removing them. I will not take them down. But I request that we steer things in a different direction from here on out.

Please excuse all things that might sound weird 

1. When I'm married, so probably/hopefully 7-11 years? 

2. Yes! Quite a bit actually XD 

3. Yes, I have always loved little kids, and can't wait to have some of my own. 

4. I've always wanted a room with large windows for the sun to come in, and plants (both fake and real) and a few animals (parakeets, cats,) to be in it, so even in the winter I could have a small taste of spring! 

5. Well, when I'm older I will most likely be a stay at home wife/mom, but until I get married I'd love to either babysit, or do something with animals, dog walking, dog sitting, cat sitting, uh.. cat..walking?... Animal rescue, working at the animal shelter, stuff like that! And maybe even breed cats or dogs at home. 

6.The room on question 4. A very  large fenced in yard with a stable for a horse, and beyond the fence a forest, a decent sized garden, a trampoline, some swings, seesaw. Which.. probably won't happen unless I marry a millionaire BUT I CAN DREAM! And the house would be pretty medium sized. 

7. Quarter horse(if I marry a millionaire I'll get an Arabian ok?) 1-3 dogs, 1-5 cats, a few parakeets, and 1-2 ferrets.

I'll be your crazy neighborhood animal lady :)

little kids have no idea 

and if they see it and say nothing about it to the parent, that means no one is going to talk to them about it tell them if it's right/wrong 

little kids believe almost anything you tell them

If you tell a 3 year old that Santa Claus is real, or that there is a monster under their bed or in the closet, they are probably going to believe you, their not going to question it. They just believe you.

I absolutely don't care if I get hate

  I'm standing up for what I believe in.

 So don't target my friends. take it all out on me I don't care.
