Hello there, Jammers!

I'm very honored and thrilled to be writing the Valentine's Day post!

I really wanted today's post to be special, and not just an ordinary post.

So, after a lot of thinking, I decided that I'm going to do a Valentine's Day Animal Jam Giveaway!

What kind of a giveaway you may be wondering?

A Masterpiece giveaway!

Now onto the second part of the post! 

This part of the post, is even more exciting!

On the Daily Explorer, AJHQ said that they're going to be buddying people throughout the day, in honor of Valentine's Day!

I've been at AJHQ's den practically all day, taking various screenshots, doing various giveaways, trying to get 'noticed' by AJHQ, but they didn't come.. But in the meantime, Alistairz came!

They even had items on trade, and declined my trade! Squee!

I get very excited..

I stayed there for probably around an hour, and thats when the excitement started.

Someone was shouting what world their in. I believe they said Draa, but another person said the Congo.

I didn't wanna loose my place in AJHQ's den, but, I decided to leave, when I slid over the follow button on AJHQ's den, and it popped up that their in Coral Canyons. 

With my brief information of which world their in, I left, in my aimless hunt for AJHQ. 

After much searching, I found them in Draa, Coral Canyons! I was very excited.

AJHQ said to go to Mt. Shiveer. Without hesitation, I went to Mt. Shiveer, but they didn't come.. Strange. So I had to hunt for them again and found them in Coral Canyons- again.

They then said to go to Club Geoz. But then they started counting down to go there, so I thought it would be safe to go there 😆.

They soon arrived, and we started to party! 

On the Daily Explorer, I was reading comments, and this response to my comment caught my eye.. 

So they'll buddy you if they spot you being a great buddy in the game.. 

My plan was going to go into action. 

While AJHQ was around, I said, "Wanna be friends, HQ?" 

"Who here wants a gift? Let's spread the loaf and positivity!" 

I believe I repeated that, and..

I was extremely happy! And a wave of shock came over me O.o.. Then I ran in the kitchen with my hands in the air to tell my parents 😜.

Then the dance party continued, and AJHQ said for us all to do the hearts emoji, so they could take a photo!

Crowded.. 

It was quite an exciting afternoon!

It Might Be About Time for a Change

Greetings, friends, it's Arctic, back again with another post ~ except a bit different this time.

I've had a certain nagging thought for a long time, but I'm not entirely sure if I should really listen to it or not. Now, you might be wondering what this thought was, you clever Jammers, you!

I confess, I have been thinking about leaving Animal Jam. Now before I worry or confuse any of you, I haven't entirely decided quite yet.

For the past few months, at least, I haven't been nearly as active on Animal Jam as I used to be, and I haven't been enjoying my time online nearly as much as I'd used to. I suppose it is getting near time, too, as I've held out for so long! I believe this is my fifth year playing the game, and my third on this blog. Since I'm in High School now, it's getting increasingly difficult to find time to post, and, all of my in-life friends have long since quit AJ as well.

I've been thinking about writing this post for quite some time now, but I've always seemed to stop myself, as though I were clinging to something. But what? Many of my original AJ buddies are no longer around anymore, AJ is becoming increasingly different, and I'm not feeling a strong connection as I once did. I no longer trade, I spend less and less time on AJ with each passing day. Yet something mysterious has compelled me to keep logging on, and keep posting. But what?

After a while, I figured it out. It's all the memories I have made. From my first days discovering Animal Jam, to when Slidoo first accepted my author submission, to the first Sundae, to all the friends I'd made along the way. I'd never had quite such an amazing experience, and I've been deathly afraid of letting it go. In many ways my Animal Jam friends and experiences are like real life because of how greatly they've shaped and impacted me. I have a tendency to hold on to things I love as if they're all I have left. That, combined with my hatred of saying goodbye have made writing this post, a lot harder.

We've all been through a lot together. Good times and bad times, great jammers and awful scammers, thick and thin. These experiences have truly shaped us as individuals, and it doesn't matter whether you've been with me since the start, or only recently - we're in this journey together! I have all you wonderful readers to thank. Thank you for some of the best years of my life.

A fear of change dominates my life. I fear loss. I fear the end of a great story, or at least a wonderful chapter of my life. But really, a great story never ends - there's always something new on the next page.

Now again, I have not entirely made my choice. I might just be in a sentimental mood, and might decide against it. It might be a temporary hiatus. I'm not sure yet, but whatever happens I won't leave you all hanging. If I decide to stay - excellent, let the good times roll! If I decide otherwise, I will make sure to set all affairs in order before taking my leave. Worry not, Jammers, as either way this isn't quite the end!

'Fame', And Commenting Contest - 2017!

Hellooo Jam Jam's! Yes, intros are getting crazier. A little too crazy.. But, if you watch I Love Lucy, you'll know just what I'm talking about 😌. 

Any who! Let's begin today's serious post. 

Recently, I have been writing a new story! And this time, I'm actually going to finish it. The end of Animal Jam, really didn't go anywhere, and I kinda lost interest in the topic. But this story, is going to have a lot of meaning, about choosing friends over fame. In this story, you will learn that fame will fade, but friends are forever. So, here's the first chapter of my new story. It's called 'Fame'!

Fame 

Chapter 1

I plopped down at my Mom's desk, and quickly typed in my username and password for animaljam.com. A smile came to my face, as I went to my den, and decided to record my 20th Animal Jam video. This was a big milestone. I thought I would never get this far. 

I pulled up Quicktime Player to record, and turned on the computer's microphone to record my voice. "1.. 2.. 3." I said as I turned on both recording systems. "Hey, Jammers! Graciepopstar91 here, with my 20th video!" I started to say, cheerfully. "Today's video is all about my Art Gallery. Lets get started," After a five minutes, of me talking away about my gallery, I decided to end the video. "Anyways, Popstars, that's a wrap for today's video. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe! Peace!" I said. I stopped both of the recordings, and excitedly edited it, and put it up on Youtube. I looked at my watch, and grinned. "Right on time with uploading. 10:30 AM." I said to myself. 

After a long day of homeschooling, and playing Animal Jam, I sat down on the couch with my laptop, and checked to see if anyone had commented on my newest video. There was just one comment, but I excitedly clicked on it. It was from- 

Bepper.
My heart pounded. "How could this be?" I mumbled to myself. As I read her comment, I felt like I was going to faint. "Hey, Gracie! Awesome 20th video! Would you like to be buddies? I think I'm going to feature this channel on my next video. Jam on! -Bepper" Breathing heavily, I quickly typed a reply, trying to act serious. "Thanks, Bepper! Glad you liked the video. And sure! Send a request to me ^.^ remember, God made YOU!" I pushed publish, and at that same moment, I got another comment. From "Gellyjones?" My voice echoed in surprise. What was going on? "Hi there. I think your videos are really great, and I want to friend you. -Gelly" I made a 'fangirl' squeal, and smiled. Without replying first, I quickly logged onto Animal Jam, to see if she sent a request. To my surprise, she and Bepper did. Along with some requests from Aparri, Julian2, Snowyclaw, Wisteriamoon, Gummyunicorn, Lovenarwhal, and AJHQ. "All of the famous Jammer's.." I said to myself in disbelief. Without one bit of hesitation, I accepted all the requests. I had no idea what was going on, but just hoped I wasn't dreaming. This was the best day of my life. Maybe I would even be invited to JamCon, and VidCon with them. I sighed dreamily.
