Last night I was on Amazon, and realized something...

There's way more Animal Jam merchandise then you would imagine, after looking on AJ Outfitters! I found lots of cool items, such as, 

Animal Jam bags! 

I personally, really like the backpack! I know whats going on next year's Christmas Wishlist! 😉

There's also some Animal Jam T-shirts! 

Not too long ago, I won a contest, and got an Amazon gift card! I got the Keep Calm And Love Animal Jam Kid's Short Sleeve T-Shirt, by Shirt Mania, but I got a black version of it. 

If I ever win that contest again, I'm going to buy the long sleeve white one! I think it's really cute. 

Theres also Animal Jam beanies/hats. 

I'm not a big fan of these, because I normally don't wear hats. (Except to the occasional ball game)

Before I go, I am releasing a new story! This one will come in small parts of a chapter. 

Every week, I will release 2-3 parts, but today, I'll only be releasing one, since I just started working on it yesterday. 

Without further ado, here it is!

"The End Of Animal Jam". 

Chapter 1 Part 1:

My eyes fluttered open, and my gaze transfixed on my silver Apple laptop sitting on my desk. I rubbed my eyes, and slowly sat up in bed. "Update day.." I said to myself as a smile came across my face. Through my tiredness, I quickly stood up, and sat down at my desk. I opened up my laptop, and quickly logged into animaljam.com. As the screen loaded, I pondered what this weeks update would be like. Maybe a new adventure, minigame, clue for a new animal, or maybe even a new land. "That hasn't happened in forever.." I mumbled to myself at the thought of a new land. The game finally finished loading, and the Jamaa Journal popped up. I noticed this week there was only one page. "What.." I said as I bit my lip, trying not to cry as I read the single page. In the middle of the page, it said, "A Happy Ending." 
The page read: "It's now the beginning of the year, and we have some upsetting news. After more then 6 years, Animal Jam is finally ending. Thank you for playing this game, it closes in 10 days." 
My jaw dropped, and goosebumps went all throughout me. "This can't be happening!" I said loudly. I clicked out of the Jamaa Journal, and clicked my buddy list to see if any of my friends were on. I smiled lowly, as I saw my friends Coolcat89252, Sarahkey8, Custard709, and Ja983 were on. I quickly went to Coolcat's den, and saw all of them there. "Gracie!" CoolCat typed as soon as I came in her den. "Hey.." I typed with a frown. I sat down next to her and my other buddies, and stared at the virtual world. "What are we gonna do now." I complained, in more of a statement, then a question. Sarah, and Ja, whom were sisters in real life's were both crying, in real life. "Grace, we have to do something about this!" Sarah said. I could tell she was upset. "Do something about what?" Custard asked, her heartbeat quickening. "Read the Jamaa Journal.." I said, my tone was sad, though I was typing in a chat bubble. Only two minutes later, Custard made a surprised emoji. "We gotta stop Animal Jam from shutting down this game!" Custard said, as she stood up. "But how?" I asked. How? It seemed impossible, but we had to get an answer soon.

Rare Item Monday! + My Last Post Of The Year!

Hey, Jammer's! CoolCat here with another post! Christmas was yesterday, and I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! But today is Monday, so its time for another RIM! Here is the info!

Todays Rare Item Monday is the Rare Charm Bracelet!   It is located in Mt. Shiveer's, Shiveer Shoppe. It is on the second page and it is for sale for 1,200 gems. It is also members only. The color scheme is gold.

I love this item! It is hard to find nice leg items in Animal Jam. But it is very pricey, and it is placed in a weird spot this week! I was looking everywhere for todays rare! I only thought to look there because I thought it would be a winter item. I think this item would have been better to place in Epic Wonders. But leave it to AJHQ to do something random!  But back to the rare! I think this could easily become a fashion staple! Make sure you pick you're Rare Charm Bracelet up today!! 

This is also my last post of this year! So I guess I'll see you guys next year, haha!

Happy Jamaalidays!! (Updates on Life, Festive Things, and Thank you)

Greetings, my friends! First and foremost, I'd like to wish you a very merry Christmas, and Happy Jamaalidays! A whole year, nearly gone, can you believe it? Make sure to tell me what you awesome presents you received, and maybe even what great plans/traditions you have this time of year!

Anywho, I figured I'd make this post quite different from my regular posts, seeing as it is Christmas Day. Yes folks, I have been working on this post for three days and I apologize in advance if things get a bit long and ridiculous!

Before any of that, though, we should probably (quickly) talk about what's new in Jamaa, though, shouldn't we?

Today's daily gift is the Hat and Beard! I do believe this used to be an item in stores in the past. It is definitely cute, but I would have expected something a little bit bigger or more impressive (since it's Christmas and all!) Nonetheless, I am sure I can make an interesting outfit out of it!

Also! The Jamaaliday Tree hat is back in stores for 750 gems so be sure to buy one today!

Now then, first of all, you're probably wondering what I have been up to lately!

Oh dear, we're this far in and it's already nonsense! Goodness, where was I? Ah yes, what I've been doing:

What with homework and all, I haven't had the chance to be very active on Animal Jam or on the AJC much lately. I've been assigned a five page research paper as well as an essay to work on over the break (so much for Christmas break, eh?) all for one class! Thus, I'm terribly sorry that I am not nearly as active on and around the blog/AJ itself as I used to be.

HOWEVER! I have come up with a new idea, which I hope will interest you! I've been looking through my dens and realized that there are some that I own, but have no idea how to decorate. Because of this, I've just been avoiding these same few dens - and haven't touched them since! This is definitely a waste, when these dens could be put to good use...

And so! I thought, maybe I'll make myself HAVE to do those dens I've been ignoring! Thus, I leave it to you, my friends:

I'll be releasing a new poll which is the question: Which of these following dens should I decorate? You can either answer/make suggestions in the comments, or answer it on the new poll I have just put up! Whichever den has the most votes by the end will be the den I decorate. If it works out this time, I'll likely keep doing this until all the dens are decorated! And here are the options:

Hmm, seems like I'm having problems with the big castles... Be sure to tell me which to decorate! After I'm done I'll be posting pictures of the den's highlights, and it'll be open for everyone to see!

And as if the post weren't already long enough, I finally wanted to say: Thank you! To everyone!

I joined Animal Jam around four years ago (in november, I believe!), and I never would have thought I'd get to where I am today! I started out as just a simple Jammer, but I've come so far and made so many friendships - many of which have moved on from AJ now, though I think of them often.

I'm not going to compile a list, as it will certainly take too long and I won't possibly be able to fit everyone on it. Besides, many Jammers who have influenced me, I've never even met before (I'm referring to all of those people who have faithfully viewed the AJC after all this time!)

I am not sure how long I will be continuing Animal Jam, so who knows where it will lead from here!

As the Beatles once said:

Merry Christmas To My Buddies! (A Slight Poem/Thankful Post)

Me- LOOK! LOOK! LOOK AT THE TIME! I'M POSTING EARLY!!

Me- What? Whats wrong? You guys seem upset..
You guys- We are.
Me- Why..? I'm posting early! This calls for a celebration!
You guys- Not for us! It's 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and it's 4:00 PM in London.

Hehe. For me it's an early post! It's 11:00 AM here, and I even woke up early to make it! (And to take a shower but whatever...)

Let's get going on the post, shall we?

Today's post is sorta going to be like a Christmas card to my buddies, sorta like a poem, and sorta like a post to show my thankfulness and appreciation towards my buddies.

So lets get started!

One blog. 

Changed everything. 

One blog, gave me a new perspective. 

One blog gave me an unforgettable experience. 

That blog, was the official Animal Jam Daily Explorer. 

Curiosity sparking through me. 

A friend was about to be made. 

I headed over to a den. 

And thats when I met, 

An adventurer. 

A commenter on this blog.

AJ Adventurer. 

From that moment on, 

Everything changed. 

The next thing I knew, 

Another friend was made.

Her name? 

Karalee. 

More people came.

More friendships were made. 

All of them were commenters. 

Of the blog. 

That changed everything. 

All of them accepted me. 

None of them rejected me. 

I've never been so grateful before. 

For such wonderful girls. 

After meeting just one girl,

I discovered a new world. 

Those girls opened up the world, 

Of blogs. 

I commented on blogs 

Buddied more and more blogger authors. 

Budded blogger commenters. 

Leaving me with so many friends,

That I'll never forget. 

As we grow old, 

You'll never be forgotten. 

Little things you talk about, 

Seem to help me get through the day. 

I feel so blessed to have friends like you, 

And some of them are Christians too. 

Words cannot describe, 

The happiness I have inside.

It really is true, 

The thankfulness I have for you.

(Ok I really am bad at writing poems, I'm not sure how I got that to rhyme. God made that possible 😳) 

God couldn't have blessed me more. You guys are so wonderful. I want you all to remember that, and never forget it. 

Even if your feeling unloved by the world, your friends will help you, and most importantly, God will help you. 

I really do think God gave us friends, to help us through difficult times in our lives. 

I can't even put into words how happy I am that you guys are my friends. The Daily Explorer really did change my life. Without it, I don't think I ever would have met my friends. 

Theres such a significant story behind meeting my friends. Lets take blog author, Arcticstar for example. 

I was somewhere in Jamaa, when I saw Arcticstar8404, wearing a News Crew Badge! I thought that was really cool, so I decided to buddy her. 

One day, me, Arcticstar, and Ferretlove were hanging out in a den. Ferretlove said something about Animal Jam Community, and out of curiosity, I asked what that was. 

Turns out, it's this blog. 

I was very interested, and I wanted to become an author! 

I applied, but something didn't feel right about it.. So I quickly removed a comment I posted. 

I just put it on the shelf for months and months. 

Then one day I decided, to re-apply. 

I was chosen. 

So without meeting Arcticstar that one day because she had a News Crew badge, I wouldn't be writing here. 

So we too, pretty much met through the Daily Explorer, since she won News Crew!

I feel God fits these pieces of the puzzle together, and works through people to work out our whole lives. 

To show my appreciation, I made this little Christmas Card in the Art Studio! I'm working on giving copies of it to some of my buddies, with their username on it. 

In case I don't have enough diamonds to give it to one of you, here it is! 

I truly am, so grateful for all of you.

Rare Item Monday! And Merry Early Christmas!!

Hey, Jammer's! CoolCat here with another post! I'm sorry for this super late post! But before I start, this will be my last post before Christmas. So I just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas! Are you guys ready for Christmas? It seems the holiday season has gone by so quick! But anyway, lets get on with todays RIM!

Todays Rare Item Monday is the Rare Candy Cane Tie! It is located in Jamaa Township's Jam-Mart Clothing. It is on the tenth page. It is for sale for 950 gems and it is members only. The color scheme is red and green. I love this item! Its just in time for Christmas!! It is a recolored version of the red and white tie, but I feel this one is better for Christmas. You could use it to make a elf outfit, or any other holiday outfit! Make sure you pick one up before they are gone!

Many Many Items, New Upcoming Poll, and Another Sundae (#66 to be exact)!

Greetings my friends, it is Arctic! And good news, I bring! (that was worded oddly...) Anyhow, the news is that I have just begun my Christmas Holidays! So, I can be more active with the blog (which is lovely), and possibly put some plans into action!

Either today or tomorrow, I'll be putting up a new poll for all of you viewers, so look forward to that! Now, to the post:

With the Jamaaliday season upon us, a multitude of festive items have been introduced. Our newest addition to this ever growing list of daily items is:

Tada! The gingerbread tophat! This is a returning item that comes in many different colours including brown, pink, and blue (that I know of!). Some of the gumdrops on top are even different, as I have seen brown ones with pink gumdrops (as seen above), red and green gum drops, and blue and orange (which is mine from last year!) I'm sure you can make a ton of interesting outfits with this item... Maybe I should try it out!

It's so small!!

I'll have to work on that later, haha!

Also arriving today are the returning Elf Shoes and Snow Globe Hat (found in Jam Mart Clothing), Frosting Icicles and Toy Race Track (from Jam Mart Furniture), and Candy Cane Longbow, Candy Cane Sword, and Pixelated Deer Head (available in the Diamond Shop). Phew! That's a lot of items!

Skullys Return, New Daily Spin, Jamaaliday Updates and Sheep?

Today is the day... that Christmas Eve is one week away. I can't wait!
However, on AJ, there are many things to discuss. One of the biggest updates ever has came out. But let's start with the Jamaaliday gifts today. By logging on today, you can get these things:

I really like the Snowman, even if it is returning.
The Daily Explorer is also having a Diamond Challenge today! Make sure to enter!

 Alright, now we're starting to get into the more interesting stuff. Here is the Jamaa Journal update, which was released on Thursday.

And I bet you all know what the main part of this update is. Skullys have returned to Jamaa. But what do I think about this? It's only my opinion, but...
I actually don't like the thought of them returning. I'm not obsessed with items or anything, but these were legendary. They were like a part of the lore. They were something released during Beta Testing, and removed during it. I don't believe that they ever should've came back. It's ruined the story of the Skullys.
You can have your own opinion, but that's mine.
Let's move on to another interesting part of this post. There was a recent video by Aparri, and I found it interesting. There will be a new Member Only Daily Spin in 2017.

This Daily Spin is really generous, but I feel like Non-Members will feel more unwanted because of this. AJHQ probably did it to encourage them to buy membership, though. As far as we know, this will be available to members on January 1st, 2017.
Finally, many people have already speculated about this, but there's a rumor going around that the new animal (mentioned in the Jamaa Journal update) will be a Sheep. It's because of the Message in a Bottle from Thursday.

As you can see, bad was spelled as "baad". A sheep does make a "baa" noise, so this is why people believe they're coming to Jamaa. But it could just be a spelling mistake. Nobody knows for sure yet.
