Ferret here! Do you know what they've managed to make robotic this time? Unreleased stuff! I asked them what Animal Bases (AJ flash has a great post on that) and Jammer Wall are. They said it's on the DE!

I figured that some of their responses were robots, because even though there are lots of people who work for AJHQ, they don't always have enough time to answer the questions of 10 million Jammers.
ReplyDeleteIt sorta makes me mad, I guess, to see that they don't put at least some thought into responding to their customers and game players.. but at the same time I understand their reasoning for this.

ReplyDeleteOHHH wait I get it now. NEVER mind... OH YEAH! I got a robot response for telling AJHQ about making peacock avatars. They just said " Thanks for you idea regarding Peacocks! Your ideas help shape the future of Jamaa..." blah blah blah blah BLAH, the rest is just TOTALLY robot and boring.
ReplyDeleteAh, that is unfortunate. I have also gotten these robotic responses quite a few times (i.e. each time I ask a question)

i asked how you can keep your buddies when u chage ur username and they told me how to add ppl
ReplyDeleteEvery single time I've ever sent an email to Animal Jam support, I get a robotic response. It's really annoying that they don't actually respond. I mean, I know there's a lot of people who send in questions and all, but it makes me feel like I'm talking to a wall.
ReplyDeletei feel you, as i asked about a rumor that my friend told me about and told me the reasons she thought it was true, and i thought it was legit but wanted to make sure. So, it just ended up saying nothing whatsoever about the topic.
