TWO Imprisoned Phantom Gifts?

Hi jammers!
As you probably know, Animal Jam has been experiencing major problems lately. As a result of the bugs, AJHQ has sent every jammer (or at least every member) an Imprisoned Phantom item! However, I got two! One a few days ago, and one today. They are slightly different!
Notice that one of the items has a rounded top, while the other does not. Did everybody else get two of these? Why do you think Animal Jam sent out two almost identical items?

Also, I got a 5000 gem bonus...
Did everybody get this gift?

    I got two too, & I'm non-member. However, I did not get any gems.

    I got 2 Imprisoned phantoms - 1 I gave to my friend who literally lost his, it was a glitch.

    My brother put his phantoms on his trade list, and all these non-members went up to him asking, "where'd you get that?" It's like HQ is picking favorites or something. :/

    the phantoms were at my account but the next day EVERYTHING but my animals and a few pieces of clothing were gone.Can anyone please help me

    aj sent me a jam-a-gram with a code in it. when i logged in with the code itgave me 100 gems and another imprisioned phantom thing.
    but i didnt get the 500 gems in a jam-a-gram.
